Southside Eagles Football Club is looking for casual Ground Officials to help ensure our match days run smoothly and safely at Bulimba Memorial Park and Bill Cash Park Cannon Hill.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee match-day operations and ensure the field meets competition standards
✅ Assist referees, teams, and spectators to create a safe and welcoming environment
✅ Monitor crowd behavior and enforce club policies
✅ Set up and pack down game-day equipment
✅ Respond to incidents and report any issues to the club committee
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
✔️ Knowledge of football rules (desirable but not essential)
✔️ First Aid Certificate (preferred)
✔️ Must be 18+ and able to work independently
📍 Location: Bulimba Memorial Park and Bill Cash Park Cannon Hill
⏰ Casual role | Weekend shifts (2-8 hours)
💰 $30 per hour + great community atmosphere!
